The Life Cycle in Lagoon Terms:
1. You are a child and love Lagoon.
2. You are an adolescent and love Lagoon.
3. You are a young teenager and love Lagoon...more for the flirting than the rides, but it's all good.
4. You are an older teenager and are so over Lagoon.
5. You are in college and too poor to go to Lagoon.
6. You spend your first anniversary at Lagoon with your husband's family because his younger siblings said they would only go to the family Lagoon day if you go and you don't want to hurt anybody's feelings.
7. You go to Lagoon every year as a schoolteacher and have fun hanging with the other teachers, but feel like barfing every time you even look at a ride.
8. You have children and think Lagoon actually sounds fun again, but don't want to fork out the $45 per ticket, so you never go.
9. Your awesome mother-in-law's work has a Lagoon Day and she invites your family to come along. You feel like you are back at Step 1 again because you are so excited to experience Lagoon (or "The Goon" in Abby terms) with your little family. They LOVED it and it was a perfect day...rain and all!
I hope you enjoyed a billion pictures of us on every ride in Kiddieland. It was fantastic. We randomly ran into my friend, Maggie, while we were there. It's a small world after all...OOPS...wrong theme park.
And in my brother Brett's words, "The best ride at Lagoon is the ride home." Adios.

LOVED IT! It was so fun! Can't wait for next year!!!
How fun!! I think I feel the same way about Lagoon. Seeing all the pictures brings back so many memories. It's hard to believe they still have the same rides. I now want to bring my kids there. Maybe next summer:)
Looks like you guys had a blast at "The Goon"- loved all the pics!
