Today has been a great day!
Reason Number One: Garrett has been working on potty-training for the past couple of weeks. (Okay, more like off and on for the past few months. I'm probably the worst potty-trainer ever. More about that later...) He's done pretty well around the house the past week , but we've always cracked and put him in a diaper for public outings. We ventured out today and Garrett wore his "undies" and did great--no accidents all day! Way to go, little Buster!!! (I'm sure we'll still have more ups and downs on our P-T journey, but today was great! We'll take it.)
Reason Number Two: My sister called me today and was screaming when I answered the phone--this meant something really good or really bad was coming. The good news: she had won a contest on Facebook for two tickets to the Our Best Bites Cookbook Launch Event. If you are an OBB fan you will understand why she was so excited. Why is this great for me? She gets to bring along a friend and I am the one who introduced her to OBB, after all. So guess who she chose???? TA-DA...yours truly. I can hardly wait!
Reason Number Three: See for yourself. (There's nothing like a silly baby in a onesie to make your day!)

Way to go Gussy on the outing without an accident!! Potty training is such a delight. (notice the sarcasm)!! I love Abby pulling all her tricks- she is growing up way too fast- i don't like it!! And YAY for the OBB win- I CAN'T WAIT!!!
What a talented little girl. I had no idea she had so many tricks. She is sure a cutie. Sounds like Garrett might be getting the hang of the potty training thing. Good luck!
