Springtime!

We are loving Springtime! We had a fun get-together with cousins a few weeks ago. We are excited for Scott and Michelle's twins to be born and so sad for Casey and Natalie to move. The kids were so cute together and we had so much fun.

I looked out the window and thought this was so cute! They have been fighting like true siblings these days, so we are always happy for moments like this.

Our days are filled with dirt, dirt, and more dirt! We are hoping to finally get some grass planted in the next few weeks. We hope they will love having a lawn as much as they love playing in the mud. We will still have plenty of dirt in the backyard, so I'm sure they will survive.

Garrett was totally cracking me up by playing like he was the UPS man. He would knock on the door and deliver "packages" to us and then take his truck/wagon to make more deliveries.

I was delighted to open the door and receive this very special delivery: a caterpillar.

He was so worn out that he sacked out in the car while eating an apple. Being a delivery man is hard work!

Being a lovely assistant can also be pretty exhausting!

We started the Easter celebrations early with an egg hunt at Grandpa and Grandma's house.

Brooklyn was showing off her splits and Pops joined right in to show how her it's done. We all got a good laugh and Sparky is moving a bit slower today, but says he is fine. :)

Brooklyn wanted to write about this picture. Here goes: I was all the way down and Pops was almost there. I so won! It was so funny to see Pops go down in the splits.I love Pops for doing that! It was awesome!

I love this picture of our neighbor and Abby's best bud, Kaden. They would spend all day, every day playing together on the tramp if possible.

See, I knew you should move down here. If you did, you would never get grass, and the kiddos would only have dirt and rocks to play with. They'd love it! Seriously cute post. Thanks for all the pictures! Oh, and Happy Easter!

LOVE the picture of Kaden. Oh I miss my boy - heck I miss all of the kiddos. Abby cracks me up with her girly necklaces and all right out in the dirt. Makes me smile every time. :)
