I had to put Garrett in time-out today (a few times), which consisted of him going to his room and sitting in his bed for two minutes (or until I went and got him). The last time I went in to get him, I talked to him for a few minutes about being nice and not screaming. I told him he could go back out and play if he would be nice and then I told him how much I loved him and what a good boy he is. He looked right at me and said in the sweetest voice you can imagine, "Thank you so much, Mama." Then he turned around and walked out the door. My heart went with him.

OHHHH so sweet!! That little guy just melts my heart. I love him so much.
I love this story. After a stressful meal at a restaurant earlier this week, I asked Tommy, "Were you a good boy in Noodles?" He thought for a minute, then sadly said, "No." I asked him why, and he guiltily replied, "Because I got kind of crazy." I was so amazed that he was honest (and remorseful) that all thought of punishment was swept away! (We did have a good talk, though). I'm a sucker for apologies!
Oooo, how cute. I love this little guy. I can't believe how fast he got the talking thing down. I'm so excited to see them tonight.
Oh, make me melt! (Oh, and been there with the time outs in bed, except now that we have two stories its a little harder; we're attempting the chair these days...not my favorite moments of the day ;)
I love hearing Dax say "Okay Mama" or "I love you Mama".
