Yesterday was Garrett's blessing. It was such a wonderful day for our little family! We knew it was going to be great when Garrett slept through the whole night and we actually had to wake him up in order to get him ready to go. Like all parents, we were worried he would fuss during the actual blessing, but he was absolutely perfect and didn't make a peep. The blessing was so sweet and truly something we will remember and cherish forever. Greg and I were so touched by all of our awesome family and friends who joined us for the blessing. We had a wonderful dinner after with lots of delicious food. (Thanks so much to everyone for all the hard work in helping us with the dinner!) It was a beautiful Spring day with lots of sunshine and we were even able to be outside. We had so much fun visiting and catching up with family and friends. Garrett was such a sweetheart and loved being held and passed around. We are so lucky to have so many wonderful people who love us and our little boy. Thanks to everyone who helped make this day so special for us. We love you!

What a sweet little boy!! I am glad that you had a nice day. I wish that we could have been there. It looked like quite the fiesta. I must say that my heart was sad when I saw your parents' kitchen. It made me remember the good old days when I would visit...

Garrett looked so cute yesterday in his blessing outfit. Greg did a great job and I really like all his different faces in the pictures. Thank you for including us in the special day! Paula
Garrett's blessing day really was special. Greg did a great job blessing him, the dinner was great, and we got to visit with everyone. (Plus, I got to be out of the house for one of the first times in a couple weeks.) You all make a cute family. Thanks for a great day.
I think Garrett looks just like his mom!! You can see a little bit of strawberry blonde/red in his hair. He is beautiful!! You have such a cute family!! I love blessing days, it brings the whole family together and the bond that we share with our Heavenly Father is amazing! Children are a true blessing!!
I am so sorry we couldn't be there for Garrett's special day, but just know we always think of you guys! I am so happy that it was such a memorable day and he was an angel....sometimes miracles do happen and they are angels when we want them to be!!!

Yes, it was a super blast! He's gorgeous and so are you and so is Greg. Plus, we got to see the horse AND a piggery...I have made plans to move to Newton...it's wonderful and so is your sweet Mom and Dad who were so gracious in opening their home to a wonking crowd of starving friends and relatives. You're so lucky!
