I started off the fun Friday by going to the Collin Raye dinner show at the Desert Star Theater with my mom, her BFF Susan, sister Emily, and cousin Jan.
My mom and Suey LOVE Collin and paid the big bucks for front row seats.
Jan, Em, and I got the cheap seats in the back.
The front row paid off for these gals, though! Here they are proudly displaying their hands that had been kissed not once, but TWICE from Collin. He even said to Susan, "You're awesome." They were flying high the whole way home!
I had to run some errands Saturday morning and Greg was working at the house, so Garrett helped Pops rake leaves and clean up the yard. The lawnmower breaking down was a big bummer for Sparky, but a major score for Garrett who was then able to have it all to himself!

When I read your post, I couldn't help but being jealous because just tonight at dinner I told Josey that I wished we could go to the Desert Star! (Although I'm not a huge Collin Raye fan.) How come you always get to do all the fun stuff? The pictures of Garrett with the pheasant are hilarious. I think he's too much like his dad.
Oh man- mom and suey and so funny with their love for Colin! We had a great time! Garrett and that pheasant make me sick- and sad him getting his hair cut- I didn't realize it was such the ordeal! (you will notice that it is almost 4 AM and i am up hanging with gracie- little stinker)
The pictures of Garrett hauling around the pheasant are the best!
Garrett hauling that pheasant around is just disgusting. He's definitely Greg's son. I'm sure he was so proud,
You look like a couple of wild ladies out on the town!! Also, I love the picture of Garrett with the dead pheasant So gross, but so cute!
that is awesome! I can totally picture it.
Nat, i just read the comment you made on candi's blog about your dads phone. I remember when we were in high school adn your dad would make you take it with you. And was a "brick". I totally remember being in Karlee's car (Bonnie) and not knowing where to put the beast! haha. Good memories. Thanks!
